I love The I-910 but why cant they just pre-install all these software programs that we are going to need to get the most of our phones? You’d think they would jack the price up another $10 or so for the phone and give us a device thats ready for apps…..instead of spending so much time on the web and/or 3rd party software downloads that dont work……guess im just frustrated but…..really now….The basics should be included……(blow’N steam)…..CRS

Thanks for the help but i have a problem when i sync it here the phone “chirp” twice and I can move and remove files from my pc to the phone and back but not this one for some reason. I have tried 5-6 times and nothing pops up on my phones screen asking me to respond. I hit the sync button while attempting and try other ways with nothing. I am new to my phone but I think you did a real good job saying about how to take it step by step…..I have troubleshooted my pc but no luck. Im lost and cant find any more help anywhere- anymore ideas i might try. Thx alot……..CRS

Thanks for the tip I always prefer to hard reset my smartphone. especailly to clear out any unwanted mistakes made by a peice of bad software. I was wodrering if you could give any tips on how conserve main memory. I have pleantly of memory for my running software “60mb) but only about “15mb” remaining open. I attempt to uninstall programs… it does seem to help. Also, Smartphone verison of Omnia 910 will not allow you allogate my main memory. Meaning I cant seem to drag some program memory to increase my main memory. The error says I option is only avil to windows mobile 2003 edition. Thank you again for your help
