Mine is completely frozen on the left hand side and I can't even enter my password to open it. Verizon tells me the only solution is to do a hard reset, which will erase my entire memory and start over. This is the third time this has happened in the past year and a half. Trying to find apps that worked on it were nonexistent absolutely no help from anywhere. Yours is probably the most informative site I've found on this phone. Don't get me wrong the phone itself and the ideas behind were great. I just can't wait till my 2 yr contract on it is up next month when I'll be getting a droid!
